Here’s a bit of good news. Despite not allowing customers in the store we’ve adjusted our operational flow to better serve you. These enhancements include the creation of the following new improvements to boost our ability to help you get back to enjoying riding, skating, and scooting:
A dedicated check out station at our store entrance
Mobile credit card scanner for faster sales
Dedicated incoming biking sterilization station for staff safety
Dedicated outgoing post service bike sterilization station for customer safety
We've hired new sales and service team members named Kiera, Meghan and Rusty. They're huge bike enthusiasts are looking forward to helping you with your biking needs.
As you can imagine with spring in full session and work and school in remote sessions for most of our customer base, getting out on a bike is even more popular than ever. We’re trying to get to the phone, but with call volume up 1000%, we are trying to get back to people as quickly as possible.
It’s hard to imagine, but it is our 40th year of operation. As I think back to what has mattered the most to us over the years, it’s been our ability to prioritize the safety of our community riders and staff. Without either we wouldn’t be in business. We look forward to supporting our incredible biking community for years to come.
